How do I return or exchange an item?
We don't think you'll want to return your poster or jewelry, but just in case...we try to make it as easy as possible:
Within 30 days of receiving your item, you can return or exchange it. Contact us at email@example.com with your order number, what the problem is and whether you'd like to return or exchange your poster.
With your email, also let us know which product you'd like to exchange it for. We just ask that you pay for the new poster shipping charge, but we'll take care of the return shipping charge for the original poster.
You will receive a shipping tube with the new poster and a prepaid shipping label inside so you can return the original poster to us. Just put the new shipping label over the one already on the shipping tube, and remove any other labels and markings on the tube. Then just roll up the original poster, enclose it in the tube and drop it off at the post office.
If you are exchanging because we shipped you the wrong poster or there is an issue with your poster, then we'll foot the bill for all additional shipping charges.
With your email, please let us know why you'd like to return your poster. We want to know in case there's something we can improve.

A full refund will be issued once we receive the poster. That includes the shipping charge from your original purchase..
